1. Returns

We are thrilled to have you as a customer and want you to have a dazzling shopping experience with us! If you are not satisfied, at Snugbery, we follow a strict policy when it comes to refunds, returns, order, cancellation and exchange.

Please note that we do not accept a returned product in any of the following cases:
•   If the product is damaged by any mean or not in its original condition.
•   If the Barcode & the tag of the product has been ripped off, broken or misplaced.
•   If the product’s internal case or packaging is broken or distorted in any manner.
•   Engraved items and Special-order items are Final Sale and are not eligible for a refund or
exchange.
•   We are not responsible for lost or stolen items or products taken elsewhere for repairs,
engraving or alterations of any kind.

Product Returns are duly accepted by us in the following cases:
•   If a wrong product has been shipped by our team.
•   If any product is defective in terms of quality or built.
•   If there was a genuine transit issue from our end.
•   If the product was destroyed during transit after being shipped by us.

2. Replacement

In case the size doesn’t fit, customer can opt for the replacement of the product. Merchandise or the size can be replaced with no extra cost.

If the garment is replaced with another merchandise, differentiate of the cost is payable. Replacement is possible only one time, in the second case, only size default can be solved with
extra shipping and pick-up charges. For the confusion on sizes and fitting, customer can write to us on support@snugbery.in or DM us on social media or can contact us on WhatsApp at +91- 9820984861 Please note that replacement requests are accepted only when they are lodged within 7 days of the receipt of the product. We will not be liable for any product replacement if the request is filed after 7 days of the receipt of the product.

3. Refunds

If you are not satisfied with the quality of the product or in case you receive a damaged product from our side, then you can choose to get a refund on that purchase.

To avail the facility of refund, you need to lodge a return request with us by sending us a mail with a photograph of the product received by you at www.snugbery.in or write us on support@snugbery.in. You can also choose to get in touch with our customer care executives on WhatsApp at +91-9820984861. Our Team will get back to you within 12 business hours of your request.

Please note that refund requests are accepted only when they are lodged within 7 days of the receipt of the product. We will not be liable for any product returns if the request is filed after 7 days of the receipt of the product.

Once your request is approved for a refund, the product shall be picked from your delivery location and the refund amount will be credited back to your bank account within 5-7 working days.

4. Modes of Refund

If a customer decides to return a product, then we offer the facility of initiating a refund by issuing a credit note or by generating a gift card/coupons for the same amount that can be
utilized on future purchases. In case of refunds that fall under any of the following cases, we credit the amount back to the customer’s account:
•   If a wrong product has been shipped by our team
•   If any product is defective in terms of quality or built
•   If there was a genuine transit issue from our end
•   If the product was destroyed during transit after being shipped by us.

5. Cancellations

For any reason not stated or stated, an order can be canceled at our end because of the following
reasons:

•   Error in pricing
•   Error in Product Info
•   Non-Availability of Product

If you are unreachable on registered mobile number for order confirmationwithin 5-7 hours Alternately in some cases we may seek some time to check out additional information for the purpose of accepting the order. Prior information will be appropriately sent to the customer before cancelling the order either partially or fully.
